Novice

Cherubs, Anklebiters, Youth

Jr. Prep, 120’s, Unlimiteds
(Jr. Rec., Sr. Rec)

-No free standing, one-footed extended stunts

-No stunts beyond 2 persons high
-No twist dismounts
-No basket tosses
No running and standing tumbling beyond handsprings

-No full team tumbling beyond basic skills such as round offs

Intermediate

Cherubs, Anklebiters, Youth

Jr. Prep, 120’s, Unlimiteds

(Jr. Rec., Sr. Rec)

No stunts beyond 2 persons high No double twist dismounts except from two-legged stunts at shoulder level or below

-No double twist tosses

-No tumbling series after back tucks

-No twist tumbling

-No full team tumbling beyond handsprings

Advanced

Jr. Prep,

120’s, Unlimiteds (Jr. Rec., Sr. Rec)

No stunts beyond 2 persons high -No triple twisting dismounts

-No triple twisting tosses

-No somersaulting tosses
-No triple twisting tumbling
