agrees to pay all amounts accrued from their purchase

right to decline service. AttorneyFinder.com reserves
the right to modify the prices of any of the products
shown on our site at any time. Customer agrees that
AttorneyFinder.com may bill your credit card at the time
Listing is ordered. Customer also acknowledges that
AttorneyFinder.com, and its Vendors, are not responsible
and shall not be held liable for any breaches in transaction
security by third parties.
3. LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF
WARRANTY
Customer
agrees that the use of AttorneyFinder.com site, and the
purchase of the products within, are made at the Customer's
own risk. The Listings at AttorneyFinder.com is made available
without warranty of any kind. AttorneyFinder.com.com,
may not be accountable for any damage liability, direct,
indirect, or consequential, that may arise from the purchase
of any Listings, including, but not limited to the use
of the AttorneyFinder.com web site, or the use of any
Listings.
4. NOTICE

may give notice to Customers through electronic mail to
the Customer directly, or notice by a general posting
on the site or by written notice by electronic mail to
the email address indicated on a Customer order or by
written notice by first class mail to a Customer billing
address.

and its logos are the trademarks of AttorneyFinder.com
All other trademarks appearing at AttorneyFinder.com are
the property of their respective owners.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer
agrees to indemnify and hold AttorneyFinder.com, its successors,
assigns, affiliates, employees, and directors, harmless
from any dispute that might arise from a breach of this
Agreement, and AttorneyFinder.com shall not be held accountable
for any expenses associated with such claims, including
but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and other
expenses associated with the use of the AttorneyFinder.com
web site or any claims made regarding agreement breach.
7. CHOICE OF LAW
This
Agreement shall be controlled and interpreted by and under
the laws of the state of Maryland; the laws of the state
of Maryland shall govern any disputed regarding this agreement
or AttorneyFinder.com.
8. MERGER CLAUSE
AttorneyFinder.com
may amend or modify this agreement
at any time upon notice to Customer as published on the web site. Any use
of the AttorneyFinder.com web site shall be deemed acceptance of the terms of
Agreement at that time.
