If you prefer to pay by check, fill in the Shipping & Order Information and then print the page from your browser. You can fax or mail the form to the address/fax number at the bottom of the order form and we will email you a download link and serial number for installation. A CD will also be mailed if indicated for an extra charge. If your check does not accompany your order form (if faxing or mailing without payment), you will be issued a temporary serial number that will expire after 31 days. When we receive your check or other payment, you will be emailed a permanent serial number.

Additional Protection: You can also cancel the order after 30 days up until the date the 2007 software is released (December 2007, or 30 days after the order is placed, whichever is later) for a complete refund. All we ask is that you tell us what we could do to make 1040 Review more valuable to you.

You can cancel by phone, fax, email, or in writing. If communicating by fax or email, make sure you receive a response to acknowledge that we received your request.
