Custom Workshops and Mini-Tours Our Specialty By Appointment as Available
Customized Workshops/Group Outings If you have a group who would like to go someplace we do not offer, or our offerings are not scheduled at a convenient time for your group, a customized workshop can be arranged. Instruction can be scheduled in a classroom situation, in our digital lab or in the field, at your discretion. The workshop can be tailored specifically to your needs. The standard fee for a customized workshop is $300 per day per participant for Roger Devore, with a minimum of three individuals (or a lesser number of participants can pay the price for three); or the standard fee for a field group outing is $695 per person for a four day outing or $795 per person for a five day outing, with a minimum of six participants. Special group digital classes are available for the same daily fee as noted above for less than four participants and at the going rate for the courses ($975 for five day classes and $1075 for six day projects classes) for four or more participants, and can be scheduled throughout the year. In cases where overnight lodging is incurred, expenses are added to the fees. Customized workshops/group outings are available virtually anywhere of interest in North America.
Mini-Tours If you are traveling in an area near where one of our instructors resides, and schedules permit, we will be happy to help you photograph the natural area attractions. Additionally, we will help you improve your exposures, compositions and digital skills with in-the-field instruction, if you desire. The fee for the mini-tours is $250 per day per photographer, sometimes with no minimum number of photographers required (depends on distance to location and timing). In cases where overnight lodging is incurred, expenses are added to the fees. The areas available are: Lonnie Brock - Colorado, Utah, Texas, Wyoming, Montana, and California; Roger Devore - Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Indiana; Bill Darmitzel - Arizona and New Mexico.
