For example, Hard Disk Drives usually start with "HDD" and Mounted Circuit Boards start with "MCB". Electrolytic capacitors start with "105-". No personal checks. COD is only available for U.S. shipments to US companies. If first time order, you must fax over front and back side of a voided check to 909-627-3391. Provide bank phone number and contact person. There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks, for any reason, in addition to any legal fees, should action be needed to collect monies due NEI.
Bankwire or T/T
All international shipments must be prepaid prior to shipping. There is a bank fee of USD$60.00 for any international bankwires, T/T or checks and $20.00 for domestic. We encourage you to use Visa or MasterCard.
You may prepaid your order by sending a cashier's check, money order, personal, company or certified check. DO NOT SEND CASH. All orders paid with cashier's check, money order or certified check will be processed the same day it is received. Orders with personal or company checks will be held until the check clears. Please make sure you include enough money to cover the cost of the goods, plus all applicable shipping and handling charges. Call to confirm the total amount. Should there be any underpayments, the order shall be shipped to you COD for the balance due.
Our terms are Net 30 days for approved accounts. Please check with your account executive for credit application. Personal guarantee is required. NEI reserves the right to terminate open accounts at any time. Past due accounts will be put on COD basis and charged a late payment charge of 2% per month. Accounts automatically are placed on COD basis if the account exceeds 30 days from date of purchase.

The charge for shipping/handling is only for the delivery to your country. You are responsible for any and all additional charges to clear the package into your country and local delivery charges, should any apply. All taxes, customs duties and additional charges are your responsibility. Should you refuse the shipment, you will be charged for all costs incurred for the return of this shipment to us, in addition to the cost of delivery to your country.
We have found the most economical method is via US Postal Service for all international shipments. Contact your account rep for actual cost.
Express Mail - Includes insurance against loss or damaged shipments.
Global Priority - No insurance, and buyer assumes all responsibility for loss or damaged shipments. You must agree to this before we can ship this method.
Parcel Post/Airmail - No insurance, and buyer assumes all responsibility for loss or damaged shipments. You must agree to this before we can ship this method.

You are responsible for providing us with your proper and correct address. In the event you provide us with an incorrect address, or incorrect postal code, it will delay the shipment, in addition there will be an additional USD$7.50 charge that will be charged to your credit card upon notification by UPS that the address or postal code was incorrect. If your package is returned to us, you will have to pay an additional freight charge to have it delivered again. Should you refuse, you will be billed a restocking fee of 25% (Special order items, do not apply, as they are non-cancelable, non-refundable), plus the freight cost. TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE RE-VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SENDING US YOUR ORDER.
All claims or requests for returns, must be made within 48 business hours. Returns with authorized "RMA" numbers must be received by NEI within 10 days from issuance date. If the package is received damaged, customer shall keep the original packaging and call carrier for an evaluation of the damaged shipment. Customer shall be responsible for notifying freight company. All returns to NEI must be accompanied by an RMA number on the outside of the package, or it will be refused. Call your account rep for an RMA number prior to returning any goods. Have your invoice number handy, along with a detailed report of the problem.
A 25% restocking charge will be charged on returns due to customer error.
Orders will be shipped at no additional charge if the shipping error is caused by NEI. Double freight charges will be collected for any packages returned to NEI because it was undeliverable or due to customer's error or absence. A $7.00 charge will be imposed if a wrong address or zip code is given to NEI.
All goods sold are with manufacturer's warranties against manufacturer's defects. As manufacturer has no control over troubleshooting or technical capabilities of technicians; proper ESD handling of semiconductors; or if existing problem was properly diagnosed and corrected prior to installation of new component, all claims for defective semicondutors must be determined by manufacturer. Upon receipt of the part/component, NEI shall return it to manufacturer for final determination. In cases where the manufacturer has determined that the goods was damaged due to technician/customer error, no replacements will be made. Should it be determined that the product is a manufacturer's defect, it will be replaced only. No refund or exchange will be given. In the event the customer requires an immediate replacement part prior to the manufacturer's determination, NEI will ship out and bill customer for the part until the final determination is made. Note: In most cases regarding semiconductors, it is determined that customer error occurred from improper handling or diagnosis of the problem prior to installing new component.
Any item not in our current inventory can be special ordered. Special order items are non-cancelable, non-refundable and we require a signed non-cancelable, non-refundable agreement before we can order the item. We also require prepayment via credit card at time of order. Should the item be defective, NEI shall return for an exchange only.
As NEI, the seller acts only as the distributor of its products, it gives no warranties or guarantees. Our liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange of the individual item only, should it have a manufacturer's defect.
